Racist and disrespectful

Manager is terrible. Not only was she extremely hostile towards me, she made racist comments too. The nail polish was dry & out dated, very gloopy & the coats were not even. Everything I wanted was either out of stock or not enough time to do it; I booked an appointment & had to wait for half an hour. When another employee was trying to solve the problem, even though we were having a calm conversation, the manager got involved again & started shouting at me & interrupting me. The polish was going onto my skin and it wasnt removed, and she made me bleed by yanking off my skin too hard. The experience was not relaxing at all.
