Public Courses

We offer a range of public or open courses in
- London
- Reading
- Milton Keynes
- Bristol

The dates for these courses are published on our website and are open to individuals or groups from companies.

We specialise in the qualifications from the Association for Project Management. These include the

APM Fundamentals Qualification
This is a course that is ideal for people who are new to project management, it covers the fundamental principles and jargon of project management. It's a very practical course for those running smaller projects or team members working on a larger project.

APM Project Management Qualification
This is ideal for people who see project management as their professional career. It covers all the core principles of project management including the key roles, the project lifecycle, key documents like the business case and project management plan, control processes such as change control and earned value management.

On-site Courses

For groups of more than five people, it can be more cost-effective to deliver a course on your site. This gives you more flexibility over the delivery options. For example, you can split a course into different modules, so, for example, we can split a 5-day course into three modules of two modules of 2-days plus 1-day. We can also tailor the courses to your specific requirements, to introduce your organisation's processes, roles and lifecycle. Typically these courses include a customer-specific case study, which helps consolidate practical application.
